My Internship Experience

My name is Jarno, I am 20 years old and from the Netherlands. I will be doing my internship at HEfitness for 4 months, from january until may. I found HEfitness by looking for internships online that are qualified for my course. The course I follow is International Business at Curio in Roosendaal.

I am enjoying it here so far, we (other interns) have worked on various projects together and they worked out fine. You'll get all access and freedom within the company, as long as you do your job. The bosses encourage to take little breaks every hour, because being behind the computer all day can be draining. These breaks contain going for a walk and use the gym bike. 

The projects usually contain adding products to the system or website, but we could also decide to arrange the packaging for orders as well as the shipment. This variety makes the work environment better because it allows you to do whatever you want when it comes to the tasks. For example, if there's a task that I don't want to do and rather focus on another one then that's okay. We have to find out what suits best for ourselves, and I think that helps in personal growth and evolution. So, that every person can (take steps to) become the best version of themselves.
