The production protocol is unique, every ball is inflated and inspected prior to packaging and each ball is individually marked with a batch lot to monitor production. Continuous quality control and testing system ensure product consistency and significantly reduce the risk of failure. Independent testing by SGS found out that Premium Exercise Ball did not show any signs of damage after being loaded with 200kg for 12000 times. The ball is tested to a BRR (Burst Resistance Rating) of 350kg and a static loading of 1000kg. The superior resistance to stretching and deformation of the Premium Ball provides what is the highest level of reliability in fitness balls available.
